- flour
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 c hot sauce
- 1 bottle ranch dressing for dipping

Step 1
Heat deep fryer to 350 degrees. Lightly season gator meat with salt and pepper, Dip them in flour. Combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Dip gator into buttermilk mixture, then again through the flour. Place in Deep fryer and fry until golden brown. Just a couple min. Serve with ranch dressing
