- 1 lb sausage, browned, drained
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs beaten, add pepper
- 2 c milk, add to eggs
- 2 lbs tater tots

Preparation
Step 1
in 9"x13" pan layer sausage first, then cheese. Pour egg mixture over mean and cheese. Cover pan with tater tot layer. Bake 45-50 mins. Let rest 5-10 min before serving.
Can add bacon crumbled, mushrooms, onions, peppers. Whatever you would like
