Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 180 grams flour
  • Salt
  • 6 ounces whole almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in the rest of the ingredients by hand.

Line a 13" by 4" loaf pan with parchment paper and up the sides.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool and chill overnight. Slice as thin as possible and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp.
