Breakfast Cassrole- Crock Pot

Cook on low 6-8 hours while you sleep

Ingredients

  • 1 bag 26 oz frozen hash browns
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 tbs dried mustard
  • 1 16 oz sausage, cooked
  • Bag Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spray crock pot, put hash browns in bottom. Whisk eggs and milk, add mustard salt and pepper and cheese. Add sausage to top of hash browns. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Cook while you sleep
