  • 1 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 TBS. yeast
  • 1 TBS. sugar
  • 1 TBS. vinegar (lemon juice)
  • Let sit 3-5 minutes until bubbly
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 TBS. oil
  • 3 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Place in warm oven w/ teapot of boiling water for 20 minutes. Punch down. Shape into french bread. Rise 15-20 minutes. Bake at 375- 30 minutes.
