  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 16 ounce jar salsa
  • 12 ounces DIET cola

Preparation

Step 1

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet. Add salsa and coke. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, covered. Uncover, turn chicken, and simmer until sauce has thickened.
