Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup club soda
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 package pistachio pudding
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• FROSTING
• 1 pint heavy cream
• 1 cup milk or soy milk
• 2 teaspoons confectioner's sugar
• 2 packages pistachio pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake ingredients and stir in walnuts. Bake as directed on the box. The cake will be a little moister than most. Cool. Whip the frosting ingredients together until thick and frost the cake.
