Ingredients

  • 1 POUND BROCCOLI, CUT 1" THICK
  • 2 LARGE ONIONS, CUT IN QUARTERS
  • 1/2 CUP MARGARINE
  • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  • ENOUGH MILK TO MAKE MEDIUM WHITE SAUCE
  • 3 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

SAUTE ONIONS IN BUTTER. MIX BROCCOLI AND ONION TOGETHER IN BAKING DISH. MAKE CREAM SAUCE AND ADD CREAM CHEESE. POUR OVER VEGETABLES. TOP WITH GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE - A GOOD BIT. COVER AND REFRIGERATE 24 HOURS. BAKE COVERED AT 325 DEGREES - 1/2 HOUR. UNCOVER, TOP WITH BUTTERED CRUMBS AND BAKE 1/2 HOUR LONGER
