Salsa

Ingredients

  • 6 tomatoes* (quartered)
  • 2 jalapenos (sliced - remove seeds if you want less heat)
  • 1/2 white onion (quartered)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (cut leaves from stalks)
  • 1/2 TBS minced garlic
  • 2 TBS lime juice
  • 1 TBS cumin powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

*Any variety, I usually use roma tomatoes

Place ingredients in a food processor. Pulse 3-4 times until all ingredients are chopped.

Pour blend into salsa jar(s). Refrigerate.
