Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes* (quartered)
- 2 jalapenos (sliced - remove seeds if you want less heat)
- 1/2 white onion (quartered)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (cut leaves from stalks)
- 1/2 TBS minced garlic
- 2 TBS lime juice
- 1 TBS cumin powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
*Any variety, I usually use roma tomatoes
Place ingredients in a food processor. Pulse 3-4 times until all ingredients are chopped.
Pour blend into salsa jar(s). Refrigerate.
