Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- 4 pounds chicken wings
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients to make a thick paste. Place half the paste in a large ziploc bag. Add wings and marinate at room temperature 30 minutes or refrigerated for up to 2 hours.
Broil or grill and then brush with reserved marinade.
