Ingredients
- 15-16 ounces of fresh cranberries
- Organic honey or maple syrup to taste 1-4 tablespoons
- Juice and zest of 1 orange.

Step 1
In a medium sized sauce pot, simmer the cranberries with the juice until all the cranberries have "popped". Add the honey or maple syrup to taste.
Remove from the heat and allow to come to room temperature before refrigerating for later use.
