Jello-O Magic Mousse

Ingredients

  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 package (8-serving size) jell-o cherry or lime flavor gelatin
  • 1 tub (16 oz) cool whip whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in meduim bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. add whipped topping to hot gelatin, stir with wire whisk until whipped topping is completely melted and mixture is well blended. (mixture will be thin)

WASH whipped topping tub mold, dry well. spray with cooking spray. fill with gelatin mixture.

REFRIGERATE at least 8 hours or overnight. to unmold, dip tub into warm water 15 seconds. unmold onto serving plate just before serving. store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
