  • 9 Eggs
  • 4 cups of Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 pints of Whipping Cream
  • 1 large can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Dash of Salt
  • 12 Butterfingers
  • Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until a creamy yellow. Gradually add sugar. Add peanut butter. Add whipping cream, evaporated milk, vanilla and salt. Beat until well mixed. Add chopped butterfingers. Pour into a 6 quart ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill line. Freeze according to freezer instructions.
