Slow cooker Potato and double corn chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 bag ( 16 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed or cut up 4 cups potatoes
  • 1 can ( 15.25 oz.) Green Giant whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can ( 14.75 oz.) Green Giant cream style corn
  • 1 can ( 12oz.) evaporated milk ( I use less)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped ( 1/2) cup
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teas. salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/4 teas. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

MIX all ingredients in a 3 1/2- 6 quart slow cooker

COVER and cook on low heat 6-8 hours or high setting 3-4 hours to develope flavors
