  • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED ONION
  • 1-1/2 CUPS CELERY, FINELY CHOPPED
  • 1 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
  • 1/4 TEASPOON POULTRY SEASONING
  • SAGE TO TASTE
  • 1/3 CUP MELTED BUTTER
  • HOT BROTH TO MOISTEN

COMBINE BREAD, ONION, SEASONINGS; ADD BUTTER, BROTH. MIX GENTLY

ALLOW 1 CUP STUFFING FOR EACH POUND OF POULTRY
