Ingredients
- CRUST
- 7/8 cup (1 3/4 sticks) butter -- at room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 16 ounce container sour cream
- FILLING
- 3 containers 5% or 9% soft cheese
- 8 3/4 ounces feta cheese
- 2 cups shredded muenster or other hard cheese
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tablespoons flour
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, flour, and sour cream. Knead until smooth (it will be sticky). Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Combine filling ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350. Use half the dough to make a crust in the bottom of a two dishes. Pour filling into both. (Alternatively, you can make one large one, using half the dough for the bottom crust and rolling out the other half of the dough to make a top crust. Make slits in the top crust.)
Bake 60 minutes until golden.
