  • 2 16 ounce bags frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 16 ounce bag frozen string beans
  • 1 potato
  • 2 eggs
  • Matzoh meal
  • Salt and spices
  • Pastry dough

Preparation

Step 1

Cook, drain and mash first three ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Fill pastry dough and form triangle. Bake 350 until golden brown.
