Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup grated parmesaen cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- dash parsley
- 4 boneless, shinless chicken breasts (1-1/4lbs)
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
In small bowl, blend mayo, cheese, garlic powder and parsley.
Brush both sides of chicken with mayo mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes or unitl chicken is thoroughly cooked.
