    cups sugar

    eggs

    cup chopped nuts

  • 1/2

    tsp allspice

  • 3

    tsp baking soda

  • 1 1/2

    cups cooking oil

  • 3

    cups grated carrots

  • 1

    tsp cinnamon

  • 2

    cups flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine the sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in the carrots and nuts. Mix the dry ingredients and then blend into the egg mixture. Turn into a greased bread pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is clean with a cake tester.
