Ingredients
- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons margarine
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into wedges or chunks. Spread into a single layer in a baking pan. In a small saucepan, heat the brown sugar, vinegar, margarine, salt and water. Bring to a boil. Pour glaze over sweet potatoes, toss to coat. Place the sweet potatoes in the oven and bake uncovered, tossing occasionally, 50 to 60 minutes, until glaze becomes syrupy.
