Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb boiled ham diced small
  • 1/4 cup bsharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp minced shallots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 sheet 14X10 inches frozen puff pastry. defrosted and cut into 48 squares, each about 2 inches.
  • Egg Wash: 1 large egg beaten with 1 tsp water.

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the hame cheeses, black pepper, worcestershire, hot sauce, shallots, mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well

Brush 24 of the pastry squares with the beaten egg water mixture, then put a heaping teaspoon of the ham mixture in the center of each square. Top with the remaining 24 pastry squares and using your finers gently seal the edges together like ravioli. Put the squares on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the egg wash. Bake until lightly golden brown about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm
