Ingredients
- 1 quart apple cider vinegar
- 3 quarts water
- 1 cup salt
- 1 head dill per jar
- 1-2 cloves garlic per jar
- 3-4 inch medium size cucumbers to fill jars
Preparation
Step 1
Heat vinegar, water, and salt to boiling. Pour over cucumbers, dill, and garlic in jars. Wipe off rims and place hot seals and rings on jars.
Place in hot water canner for 10 minutes to seal jars.
