- 1/2 CUP VEG. OIL.
- 1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- 2 TBS KETCHUP
- 1 TBS VINEGAR
- 2 CLOVES
- MINCED GARLIC
- BACON
- BROWN SUGAR
Preparation
Step 1
MARINATE LIVERS IN ABOVE ING.EXCEPT FOR BROWN SUGAR OVERNIGHT
DRAIN
PREHEAT OVEN 400'
CUT BACON IN HALF AND WRAP EACH LIVER ROLL IN BROWN SUGAR SCEWER
WITH TOOTHPICK.
BAKE ON WIRE RACK FOR 20 MIN.
