Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup White Corn Meal
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
- One 2 1/2 to 3 lb. Broiler-fryer Chicken, cut-up
- 1/4 Cup Milk or Water
- 1/4 Cup Margarine or Butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 15X10 inch jelly roll pan. Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in milk; coat with dry ingredients. Place chicken, skin side up, in prepared pan; lightly brush with margarine. Bake 50 t0 55 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
