Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredients

• 3 egg yolks beaten
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• rind of lemon
• 2 . cups boiling water
• pinch salt
• 2 heaping tablespoons corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Blind bake pie crust.

Mix sugar salt corn starch lemon juice,rind and egg yolks. Slowly add water and cool till thick. Add butter and pour into pie crust.

Meringue:

Beat 3 egg whites with 1tablespoon cold w
