Ingredients
- 1 cup butter -- melted
- 1 8.5 ounce box cornbread mix
- 1 16 ounce can corn -- drained
- 1 16 ounce can cream style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cornbread mix, corns, sour cream and butter; mix with spoon until all ingredients are well blended. Pour into greased 3 quart shallow dish. Bake at 350 until top is golden and crusty, approximately 50 minutes. Let cool approximately 5-10 minutes.
