Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 3 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese 1 c. sugar
• 5 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the cheese, add eggs one at a time - beat. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a prepared graham cracker crust. Bake 300 deg. I hour.

3/4- 1 pt. sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
Mix the three ingredients. Pour on cheese cake after its baked - return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
