Ingredients
- 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 Stick Margarine or Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 5 Bananas
- 2 lbs Can Crushed Pineapple
- 9 oz Cool Whip
- 3/4 Cup Butter Brickle
- 6 Marachino Cherries Finely chopped
- 1-2 Tbls Hersheys Syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Mix well the Graham Cracker Crumbs and 1 Stick of butter. Press into a 9 x 13 pan or 2 9 inch pie pans.
1st layer: Eggs and 2 sticks of butter.
2nd layer: Sliced bananas
3rd layer: Drain pineapple
4th layer: 9 oz cool whip
5th layer: Sprinkle butter brickle/nuts, chopped marachino cherries and drizzle Hershey syrup on top.
Refrigerate for 6 hours.
Refrigerate left overs.
I have cut the recipe in half, bought a ready make graham cracker crust and then I can use the plastic pie crust cover upside down to cover the pie when taking it to parties. Of course then, because it is such a pretty pie, people will not believe you made it:-)
