Ingredients
- 4-5 lb sirloin tip roast
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
- 1 med onion
- 2 c vinegar
- 1/2 c flour

Step 1
Place meat in large bowl. Heat the water and vinegar together; pour over meat. Slice the onion into the meat mix. Add bay leaves, cover and let stand in the fridge for 4-5 days. Drain meat and onion brown on all sides in skillet. Take some of marinade and pour over the meat. Cook til the meat is tender about 1 hour. Mix about 1/2 c flour and one small carton of sour cream with a little water and stir it in with the meat to thicken the gravy. Season with salt and pepper, simmer another 10-15 min.
