Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 T sour cream
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 T oil
- 1 c milk
- 1 c flour
- 2/3 t baking soda
- 2/3 t baking powder
- 1/2 t sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a blender or with a mixer until smooth and thinned
Pour by a measuring cup on to a hot, greased griddle
Serve with syrup, powdered sugar or fruit
