Dilled Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 Tablespoons margarine
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed

Preparation

Step 1

In 2-qt. saucepan, saute rice in butter until golden, stirring constantly. Add broth and onion; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low' cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in dill.
