Ingredients
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2-1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 halibut fillets
- 2 tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first eight ingredients.
Add fillets, two at a time and shake to coat.
In a large cast iron skillet, cook fillets in butter over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
