Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 devils food cake mix
• 1/3 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Place cake mix, oil and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer.
Place a small amount of sugar in a small bowl.
Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll in sugar.
Place 2" apart on sprayed baking sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool 3 minutes on baking sheet. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
