Pepper & Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, diced
- Olive oil (enough to cover bottom of large pot)
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carton chicken broth
- 1 can Progresso lentil soup
- 1 28oz. can Diced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic, & oregano
- 2 15.5oz. cans Goya dark kidney beans
- 2 each red, orange, yellow, & green peppers,
- cut into large chucks
- 2 pkg. Kielbasa, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 jalepenos, diced (remove seeds for less heat)
- Few drops hot sauce, to taste
- Basil, to taste
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cover bottom of pot with oil. Brown onions and garlic, then add remain ingredients except pepper chunks. Let cook about an hour, then add pepper chunks, and cook for a remaining half hour.
