Ingredients
- 2 TBS unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In second large skillet, melt 2 TBS butter over medium heat. Saute garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Stir in 1 cup heavy cream, lemon pepper seasoning and salt. Whisk 1-2 minutes. Add Parmesan, whisking another 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
