    Egg Beaten

  • 1/2

    Cup Milk

  • 3/4

    cup Rolled Oats(I used G Free)

  • 1

    Onion Chopped(Optional)

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1

    lb. Lean Hamburger Meat

  • FOR SAUCE:

  • 1/2

    Cup White Sugar

  • 1/4

    Cup Vinegar

  • 3/4

    Cup Water

  • 3/4

    Cup Ketchup

  • 2

    Tbsps. Cornstarch in 1 Cup Water

Directions

Mix together all Ingredients for Meatballs. Form into balls. Bake in 350F oven for 45 mins. Turn Meatballs halfway through cooking time. Mix together all Ingredients for Meatballs. Form into balls. Bake in 350F oven for 45 mins. Turn Meatballs halfway through cooking time. Meanwhile make sauce. Combine water, sugar, vinegar and Ketchup in a Dutch Oven and bring to a boil. Add Cornstarch to water and mix. Add to sauce in saucepan. Bring back to a boil and stir until thickened. Pour over Meatballs and bake in covered dutch oven for 40-45 mins.
