Almond Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 head Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 small jar sesame seeds
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • bacon bits
  • green onions
  • chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken, microwave almonds and sesame seeds in 1 min. increments until brown. Toss salad

Dressing:
Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Microwave for 1 min (till it boils) take out and stir to dissolve sugar. Add oil and refridgerate.
