Frozen: Igloos

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup raisins (white)
  • 3/4 cut nuts (pecans)
  • 1 No.2 can drained crushed pineapple
  • 2 boxes butter cookies
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 can flake coconut (Use as needed)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter
Pour over sugar
Add nuts, raisins, pineapple
Make igloos using:
3 cookies - fill first two and leave third plain
Cover with whipped cream
Store igloos in refrigerator for 5-6 hours before putting cream on
Cover with coconut
