Ingredients
- 4 lbs. chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire
Preparation
Step 1
Build a medium hot fire in a charcoal or gas grill. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine honey, mustard, butter and worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until blended, stirring occasionally. Remove fromm heat and set aside. When the grill is hot, add white meat chicken and cook 15 minutes to 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Using a basting brush, baste the chicken with honey mixture the last 10 minutes of grilling, then discard the remaining honey glaze.
