Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • Wonton Wrappers
  • .
  • 1/2 cup Water Chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, grated
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 can chicken, drained
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • I Egg White
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced or pressed
  • .
  • I Egg White
  • .
  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup Pepper Jelly
  • 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first nine ingredients, chop/mince as fine as desired.

Wet top edges of wonton wrapper with an egg white and/or water mixture.

Drop mixture into middle of wrapper and pinch edges together.

Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400F-425F depending on oven.

Mix together last three ingredients.

Serve hot with sauce.
