Ingredients
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint strawberries -- hulled and chopped
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 nectarines -- chopped
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Check to be sure the fruit is tender. Let cool and chill until ready to serve.
