Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.5 oz) hersheys instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 pkg (18oz) brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup hersheys premier white chips, melted
  • 1 cup canned cream cheese frosting
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes (about 3-4 candy canes)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 250. Grease 9x13 pan
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and brownie mix. Add eggs, oil and water and stir until well blended
3. Pout into prepared pan and bake 20-23 minutes. Cool completely
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted white chips and frosting; add confectioners sugar and peppermint extract; mix until smooth
5. Front cooled brownies and sprinkle with crushed candy canes
