Cream Cheese Torte

  • 2 Pkgs Crescent Rolls
  • 2 Pkgs Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 Egg (separated)
  • 1 teas. cinnamon
  • 1 teas. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Cup sugar (separated)

Preparation

Step 1

Line a 9 x 13 pan with crescent rolls. go up the sides of the pan 1 inch.
Mix together:
2 packages of cream cheese, 1 egg yolk, 1 teas vanilla and 1 cup sugar. Spread mixture over rolls.
Beat egg white with a fork and spread over cheese mixture.
Mix 1 teas cinnamon and 1/2 Cup of sugar and sprinkle on top of egg whites.

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Will rise.
