Cheese Soup

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 qt water
• 3 peeled potatoes, cut
• 3 carrots cut
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 tbs parsley
• 3 chicken bullion cubes (3 tsp)
• 1-20 oz bag frozen vedgetables
• 2 cans cream of chicken
• 1 lb velvetta, cubed
• 1/2 bag shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook first seven ingredients until tender, turn off heat and add cheeses, stir until melted. Serve
