Ingredients
- 1 1/2 qt water
- 3 peeled potatoes, cut
- 3 carrots cut
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbs parsley
- 3 chicken bullion cubes (3 tsp)
- 1-20 oz bag frozen vedgetables
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 1 lb velvetta, cubed
- 1/2 bag shredded cheddar

Cook first seven ingredients until tender, turn off heat and add cheeses, stir until melted. Serve
