Ingredients
- 3 C Corn Meal
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 C Milk
- 1 C Water
- 1 Small onion, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. With hands, mold mixture into little cakes (about 1 tablespoon each) and fry in about 1" deep hot (375*) oil until well browned (1 1/2 minutes each side). Drain on paper towel and serve hot.
