- 2 lbs fresh mushrooms
- 1 container laughing cow garlic cheese
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced onion
1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Chop the stems fine and brown along with the sausage. Drain the fat.
2. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except the mushroom caps.
3. Fill the caps with the sausage mix. Pile in as much as will fit.
4. Put in a greased or foil lined baking pan and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30min until hot and bubbly
