Ingredients
- 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 14oz Can Sweet & Condensed Milk
- 1 16 - 17oz Jar Mrs. Richardsons Butterscotch Carmel Fudge Topping
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 Cup Heath Bar Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake as directed. Poke holes with wooden spoon all over cake. Pour on sweet and condensed milk and Fudge topping.
Let cool.
Spread cool whip on top. Sprinkle with heath bar chips.
