Ingredients
- chocolate cookie crust (I used a prepared crust)
- 3 c mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c milk
- 1-1/2 c chilled whipped cream
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe
- 3 T creme de cocoa
- green food coloring *optional
Preparation
Step 1
melt marshmallows with milk over low heat--stir constantly.
when melted and smooth remove from heat and chill until thickened
beat cream until stiff and set aside.
stir mallow mixture until smooth and gradually add liquors-mix well.
fold mallow mixture in to whipped cream, add food coloring if desired and pour in to pie crust. Chill until set.
