Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 medium yellow onion (diced)
- 1 14oz can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 15oz can chili beans
- 1/2 tbs dried cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg taco seasoning (divided)
- 3 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Butter a 9-inch glass pie pan. Set aside 2 tbs of the taco seasoning.
In a large skillet, cook the beef with the onions until the beef is no longer pink; drain. Add remaining taco seasoning, tomatoes, beans, and cilantro.
In a small bowl mix sour cream and taco seasoning.
Layer in the pie pan as follows:
Tortilla, spread 2 tbs sour cream mixture over tortilla, meat mixture, 1/2 cup of cheese. Repeat 3 times. Top with cheese.
Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
