Low Carb Egg NOG-New favorite

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Da Vinci Egg nog syrup
  • 1 cup egg beaters
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 or 3 packets Splenda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp brandy extract
  • few shakes pumpkin pie spice
  • few shakes cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar free pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients except pudding with electric mixer. Take 1/2 cup of mixture and whip in the sugar fee pudding. Return pudding to main batch thru a sieve. Chill and float a little cream on each cup.
